Refunds will be initiated only after:

• The returned product is received by our team
• Product inspection and quality verification are completed
• The return request is approved

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, installation fees, and service charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
